What Sovereign ships is a funded, phased, externally-reviewed migration to NIST-standardised ML-DSA signatures, on a chain deliberately parameterised to carry them. We state it precisely because unverifiable "quantum-secure" marketing is a liability, not a feature.
No. As a matter of policy Sovereign makes no promises of price, profit, or return, anywhere. Any projection in any Sovereign interface is labelled as a projection. SOVL1 is a mined network asset; read the whitepaper's risk factors before participating in anything.
